Took place in the past February 8, 2003, in Porto, the “Best Dog of the Year 2002” finals, "Best in Show Portuguese Breeds 2002" and the “Best in Show of the Year 2002”. This event, organized by the Portuguese Kennel Club, intends to distinguish the best winner dogs in the canine exhibitions accomplished along the year 2002, among the BIS winners and the most punctuated dogs.
Small Podengo “Rosmaninho da Praia do Ribatejo” shine on these finals, when collecting the “BIS Portuguese Breeds”, the 2nd place in “Best in Show of the Year 2002”, and 3rd in the final “Dog of the Year”.  “Praia do Ribatejo” kennel was chosen Best Breeder Group of the year 2002.
